WARRANTY - LIMITATIONS OR LIABILITY:
Alpine Wreaths & Ribbons warrants that goods shipped
will conform to the order terms accepted by Alpine Wreaths & Ribbons
and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Purchaser's
sole remedy in the event of warranty claim shall be either the recovery
of the purchase price of the defective product or a substitution of a conforming
product, at Alpine Wreaths & Ribbon's option. Without limiting the
generality of the foregoing, Alpine Wreaths & Ribbons shall in no event
have any liability for defects in or damage to products in or in connection
with which Alpine Wreaths & Ribbon's products are used, down time of
any machines or equipment, production delay or stoppages, shipping delays
or cancellations, loss of business or profits or any incidental or consequential
damages or losses, what so ever. This section sets forth the only warranty
applicable to the goods purchased herein: and no other warranty, expressed
or implied, including any warranty or merchantability of fitness shall
apply to the goods, all such warranties being hereby disclaimed by purchaser.
Written notice of any claim for defective or product shortage
shall be delivered by purchaser to Alpine Wreaths & Ribbons within
7 days of receipt of order. In the absence of such notice, purchaser
will be deemed to have waived all such claims.
DAMAGE
Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to the
carrier within 24 hours upon receipt of shipment. Upon Carrier notification,
hold on to all merchandise, packing material and containers. Once the damaged
products are inspected by the Carrier they will issue a damage inspection
report which will be forwarded to Alpine Wreaths & Ribbons. If carrier
approves damages a damage claim number will be issued and Alpine Wreaths
& Ribbons will issue you a credit for the approved damage amount, usually
in the manner the payment was received.
RETURNS
Non Perishable items: May be returned for any reason within
(10)days of receipt of order provided the items are returned undamaged
and unopened with the original packing materials and documentation. Returned
merchandise is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Fresh or Perishable items: If you have received a defective
product, upon return of the defective product, we will replace that product
or refund your purchase price at Alpine Wreaths & Ribbon's option.
Prior approval for returns must be first obtained from us. Credit will
not be issued without return authorization.
SHIPPING
Standard shipping is via UPS ground. UPS guarantees delivery
transit times to any address within the 48 continental states. The UPS
guarantee does not apply to UPS Ground shipments that are picked up or
scheduled to be delivered between December 12 and December 25. Insurance
against loss, damage, or rifling is included at no extra cost up to $100.
Coverage above this amount can be provided at customer option if indicated
on order. Current UPS insurance premiums will be an additional charge.
Time-in-transit notes: On UPS holidays - Nov. 28, Dec.
25, and Jan. 1 - there is no time in transit movement for any packages
tendered to UPS. Also, Nov. 29, Dec. 24, and Dec. 31 are "UPS air and international
package" transit days only. For other UPS services, these are not transit
days. UPS expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. Additional shipping
charges paid for guaranteed delivery by UPS but not delivered on time per UPS terms
will be refunded up to the amount of the additional shipping charges paid.
USPS Priority mail is available for an additional charge.
Average transit times 2-3 business days. USPS does not guarantee this transit
time. Delivery confirmation will be used which offers limited tracking.
USPS does not provide insurance against loss, damage, or rifling. Insurance
can be provided at customer option if indicated on order. Current USPS
insurance premiums will be in addition to shipping charges.
USPS Express mail is available for an additional charge.
1-2 day transit time guarantee to most areas. Online tracking available.
Insurance against loss, damage, or rifling is included at no extra cost

CANCELLATIONS
Retail orders can be canceled prior to shipment if received
48 hours before scheduled ship date. A 6% processing fee will be charged.
Wholesale & Fundraising orders can only be canceled
if no deposit has been made and product has not been reserved. |
