How To ReOrder
If you placed an order with us last season and you have registered with a customer account with your email, your recipient information from your prior year's order has been stored to allow you easy access to the products you shipped as well as the addresses you shipped to. This makes it very easy for you to ship products to the same addresses without having to remember that name, address, and gift message information from year to year.
We have also provided you with the ability to add and store names and addresses to your address book. After those names and addresses are in your address book, you will be able to open the address book when you add any product to your cart and automatically pull this information into the shipping address by simply selecting the name you desire. The only recipient information you will need to enter will be your gift message. You must be registered to be able to use this feature and you will need to have your address book updated with your recipent information.
How Does It Work?
Sign in using your email and password, click on "My Account" in the upper portion of the page. You will be shown four tabs and you can select "Order History" where you will be prompted for a search criteria. Once you select the dates you wish to view, you will be shown a list of your prior orders.
Click on any order number and you will see the detail of that order. Here is where you will see the details of the order and any names and addresses you used. After adding a product to your cart you can simply cut and paste the information into your current order if not in your address book, or use our auto populate feature if you have the recipient information in your address book. Adding recipient information into your address book will make each season a snap for re-ordering gifts.
*note: if you faxed or emailed a large order, we have your recipient list in our files you you can contact us for your last season's recipient information.
After you are satisfied with what you have placed in your cart simply "check out" and complete the order process.
