WARRANTY - LIMITATIONS OR LIABILITY

Alpine Christmas Wreaths warrants that our products shipped will conform to the order terms and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Purchaser's sole remedy in the event of warranty claim shall be either the recovery of the purchase price of the defective product or a substitution of a conforming product, at Alpine Christmas Wreaths option. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Alpine Christmas Wreaths shall in no event have any liability for defects in or damage to products in connection with which how Alpine Christmas Wreaths products are used, loss of business or profits or any incidental or consequential damages or losses, what so ever. This section sets forth the only warranty applicable to the goods purchased herein: and no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose shall apply to the goods, all such warranties being hereby disclaimed by purchaser.

Written notice or email of any claim for defective or product shortage must be delivered by purchaser to Alpine Christmas Wreaths within 48 hours of receipt of order, claim for undelivered products within 14 days of scheduled ship date. In the absence of such notice, purchaser will be deemed to have waived all such claims.

DAMAGE

Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours upon receipt of shipment. Upon Carrier notification, hold on to all merchandise, packing material and containers. Once the damaged products are inspected by the Carrier they will issue a damage inspection report which will be forwarded to Alpine Christmas Wreaths. If carrier approves damages a damage claim number will be issued and Alpine Christmas Wreaths will issue you a credit for the approved damage amount, usually in the manner the payment was received.

RETURNS/SUBSTITUTIONS

Non Perishable items: May be returned for any reason within (7)days of receipt of order provided the items are returned undamaged and unopened with the original packing materials and documentation. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stock and processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Fresh or Perishable items: If you have received a defective product you must notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the product and, upon return of the defective product, we will replace that product or refund your purchase price at Alpine Christmas Wreaths option if returned before 12/25 and within (5)days of receipt of order. Prior approval for returns must be first obtained from us. Credit will not be issued without return authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Alpine Christmas Wreaths reserves the right to substitute fresh greens varieties included in decorations on rare occasions where shortages are caused by seasonal changes beyond their control.
 
 
CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment if received (7)days before scheduled ship date. A 20% re-stock and processing fee will be charged.
 
 
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard free shipping included is via UPS ground. Alpine Wreaths offers a money-back guaranteed delivery by Christmas with exceptions. All transit guarantees are superseded and subject to UPS transit guarantee limitations and exceptions.

Delivery guarantee does not apply to UPS ground shipments that are picked up or scheduled to be delivered between December 12 and December 25. Alpine Wreaths also guarantees all UPS expedited transit times, day specific for shipments that are picked up and scheduled to be delivered prior to December 12 limited to, additional shipping charges paid for guaranteed delivery but not delivered on time per UPS terms will be refunded up to the amount of the additional shipping charges paid.

When requesting weekly ship dates please refer to time-in-transit notes: On UPS holidays - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day - there is no time in transit movement for any packages tendered to UPS. Also, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve are "UPS air and international package" transit days only. For other UPS services, these are not transit days. See "ups.com" for details. UPS expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. When shipping UPS, insurance against loss, damage, or rifling is included at no extra cost up to $100. Coverage above this amount can be provided at customer option if indicated on order. Current insurance premiums will be an additional charge.

**We encourage you to verify the address with your recipient before you place your order as we are not responsible for gift baskets not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided.

CHARGES: There is a $15.00 address correction fee per package to reroute a shipment after it has left our facility. This includes changing the street number, adding an apartment or suite and correcting a postal code. The $15.00 fee is also charged if your gift recipient has moved, you have provided an improper address or any package is refused or rerouted by the recipient. The $15.00 fee will be charged to your credit card on file and you will be notified via email regarding this address correction charge.
