Fresh Dill Dip
from Wilma Renfro Wilson 1960
1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
or: 1 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 tsps lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and blend thoroughly. spoon into serving bowl, cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer. Good with raw green beans, carrot sticks, red pepper strips, any chips, cold cooked fish.
