Orange Butter Frosting
Cream 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine until fluffy. Add
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat until well blended. Gradually add 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar, beating well. Mix in
2 teaspoons fresh orange juice, or enough to make frosting of spreading consistency
