Instant Scalloped Potatoes

2 - 10oz pkgs hash browns (thawed)
1 - can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 - cup sour cream
1 - cup (or more) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dried instant onion bits
diced bell pepper
Mixed all together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Shredded cheese on top makes it more cheesy.
