Wedding Cakes

1 cup butter or margerine
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup unsifted flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Cream Butter, 1/2 cup sugar. Add vanilla and flour. Mix. Stir in nuts. Chill 1 hour. Roll 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Roll twice in confectioners sugar.
Bake in preheated oven 350° for 15 minutes Remove to wire racks to cool.
