We will provide up to 12 programming hours of setup and configuration of your store. This time can be used to configure your site, create your banner logo, prepare your images, create your categories, enter several of your products, test your site, provide one on one assistance via email/phone in learning how to operate and administer your store, perform adjustments necessary to create your initial setup, and site optimization of your site using the latest strategies to ready it for the major search enignes.
Setup/configuration time beyond the basic alloted setup will be billed at our current hourly rate.

Secondly, with our basic hosting service you will receive 2 hours of support and maintenance time per month that will provide you with any additional modification/changes and ongoing search engine optimization. Monthly support time beyond the basic alloted amount will be billed at our current hourly rate.
